TEN West Africa Conference Highlights Growth and Global Impact

Teach Every Nation (TEN) West Africa successfully held its West Africa Impact Conference from September 2–5, 2025, at the City of Christ, Kondie Farm, Lumley, Freetown. The gathering brought together pastors, church leaders, and believers under the theme: “Exponential Growth: Multiplication and Enlargement – The Sacrifice, Strategy and Success.”

Founded in 2013 by Dr. Bruce Wilkinson in the United States, TEN is a global discipleship and Bible training movement designed to equip pastors, leaders, and everyday Christians with seminary-level education made accessible through innovative models. Since its inception, TEN has trained more than 500,000 students through over 3,800 Bible School on Wheels (BSOW) centers in more than 100 nations.

In West Africa, TEN has established operations in Sierra Leone, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Senegal, The Gambia, and Ivory Coast, with expansion plans into Burkina Faso and Togo already underway.

Speaking at the conference, Apostle Dr. Samuel David Miyunga, TEN’s West Africa Ambassador, reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to strengthening churches and supporting pastors.

“Our target is to reach 1,000 Power Schools worldwide. Even in places where participants cannot attend physically—such as Guinea, Sierra Leone, Gambia, Benin, Togo, and Libya—pastors and leaders are connecting online through media platforms. They remain part of this global movement,” he noted.

TEN’s guiding vision is captured in its motto: “Raising Vibrant Disciples for Global Impact.” Today, the movement is active in more than 160 nations across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. This year, its focus is on multiplication and enlargement, with plans to establish 500 new Power Schools globally.

Through its discipleship model, many churches have reported both spiritual and numerical growth. Apostle Miyunga emphasized that partnering with TEN not only deepens the spiritual life of churches but also drives sustainable expansion.

Regional ambassadors commended the initiative, highlighting its positive impact on their ministries and encouraging pastors across West Africa to embrace TEN’s mission.

The conference concluded with the presentation of certificates of recognition to TEN ambassadors for their dedication and commitment to advancing the work of God.
